CVC MOTOKLEEN is an excellent substitute cleaner of carcinogenic and hazardous substances like Petrol, Diesel & Kerosene often used for cleaning parts in some garages & workshops.

CVC MOTOKLEEN concentrate is to be used with various dilution ratio with water depending upon target requirement. It is important that the concentrate is continuously agitated while the water is being added. Normally 5 to 10 minutes are allowed after dipping the components in CVC MOTOKLEEN dilution after which the components can be wiped free of contaminants or rinsed with water. The dipping process may be repeated in case any traces of contaminants are still visible.

METHOD OF DILUTION: CVC MOTOKLEEN should be diluted with clean water only. While diluting add clean water gradually to the concentrate and keep stirring constantly till uniform solution is observed. As a general guideline, dilution ratio for Heavy duty cleaning is 20:1 with water, Medium duty 30:1 with water and Light duty 60:1 with water. A 100:1 dilution is recommended for all other general purpose equipment cleaning and also jet cleaning or floor cleaning. In some light duty cleaning CVC MOTOKLEEN may be reused after filtering. 

NOTE:     Dilution Ratio of 20:1 means 20 parts of water with 1 part of MOTOKLEEN concentrate.
