CVC GALVANIZING SPRAY is a highly effective cold galvanizing spray. It provides protection for all polished metal surfaces, and on the other hand, forms a highly adhesive, fast drying permanent primer for all types of paints. It is also suited as a primer for bonded lubricants. The outstanding corrosion protection characteristics show up especially in Electro-chemical (cathodic) corrosion protection, which prevents damages, e.g., scratched surfaces, from rusting after treatment. In the open air weather test CVC GALVANIZING SPRAY shows no signs of rust even after several months.

SYNOL L-222 is a high performance general-purpose Semi-fluid grease. This is specially formulated complex soap base grease is developed to provide extra protection against wear, rusting and water washout. SYNOL L-222 is particularly suitable for the lubrication of enclosed gears and bearings in poorly sealed gear cases they can also be used in many other industrial applications where conventional gear oils cannot be retained in gear cases, chain cases, etc. because of leakage due to worn or missing seals. The recommended operating (Temperature range is - 18 to 120°C).

Product Details:

To ensure semiconductor longevity with power applications in the order of several hundred watts per device, each element of thermal impedance must be carefully considered. CVC HEAT SINK COMPOUND is developed to reduce the high thermal impedance of air gaps otherwise present between the mating surfaces of the semiconductor case and the heat sink. This grease like compound fills the minute air gaps between the mating surfaces thereby reducing the thermal impedance. It is applied to the base and mounting studs of transistors and diodes.
The compound has good electrical insulation, it will not harden, dry out or melt even after 1000 hours at 200°C. Measurements show that the thermal resistance from mounting base to heat sink decrease by a factor of 3 when a thin film of CVC HEAT SINK COMPOUND is used.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Press surfaces together and squeeze out excess material.
• Wipe excess compound, to help prevent dirt accumulation.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

SYNOL M-222 is a premium lithium complex, extreme pressure grease intended for severe industrial applications.
SYNOL M-222 is particularly formulated to provide excellent high temperature performance with excellent adhesion, structural stability and superior resistance to water. This grease has a high level of chemical stability and offers excellent protection against rust, corrosion and water, especially on axles, rings and bearings. The operating temperature range is -15°C to 150°C.

APPLICATIONS:
SYNOL M-222 is an NLGI – 2 Grade consistency grease. It is a heavy duty grease recommended for bearings and slides in the paper, Cement & Glass industries where sever conditions exist. It is suitable for centralized systems and is designed to resist :-
