Filament Yarn Synol Moly Paste N-3 is a highly concentrated microsize Molybdenm disulphide based multipurpose assembly/lubricating paste fortified with special additives to withstand very high temperature & extreme loads. It is most ideally suitable as an assembly paste for grease lubricating system to ensure freedom from scuffing & scoring. MOLYPAST N-3 eliminates metal to metal contact between nuts & bolts preventing them from seizing leading to breakage under extremely heavy load.

A high grade custom formulated Silicone based heavy duty release agent for synthetic fibres such as Nylon, Polyesters, Acrylics, etc. It is formulated with thermally stable Silicones, which resist high temperature with low volatility. It is regularly sprayed on spinnerets through which synthetic filament yarn is drawn, so that sticking of filaments with one another or with spinneret is avoided. It also makes higher temperature extrusion possible to increase production of synthetic filaments. The product can also be formulated in line with the quality of silicone (for long life, high temperature) & its content and type of propellant (flammable / non-flammable) to meet the customers requirements.
Note: These are typical specifications, which may vary based on the propellant filled in Aerosol can. It is available in 3 different types of propellants viz. LPG, CO2 and F134a. Also tailor-made formulations can be offered for any particular requirement.
